Stageprompter Rental / Hire - Our Wedge-03 or Controller-05 Units

Many people who perform or address an audience need an autocue or teleprompter of some sort, but not everyone wants the expense or responsibility of owning the technical equipment. Whether you are using it daily or for the odd event, storage can be a problem, meaning that autocue or teleprompter hire is a great solution. 

Some performers want to try before they buy. Hiring a Stageprompter is the perfect way to do this and we have had many people go on to purchase their own. We recognise the need for hire and have a fleet of Stageprompters, accessories and flight cases in stock ready for you. All the equipment is up to date, fully inspected, tested and suitably protected.

You can hire single or multiple Stageprompters. We will provide you with full instructions with email and telephone support always available. To get you started, we give you a hire licence for our Web App' to enable you to your create your own images.

Prices include delivery to a UK address.

At the initial hire, a deposit of £1000 (the aproxomate cost of a new unit with shipping and VAT) per Stageprompter is required. This is refundable after we receve the Stageprompter back to us and after inspection at our premises. We will contact you by telephone once your order is placed to take this deposit by credit or debit card.

We will contact you to confirm dates for delivery and return once you have placed your order.

Once your hire is finished you will be required to send the Stageprompter back to us on a 1-2 working day courier service folowing the last hire day. We recomend you keep the packaging it arrived in and return in the same packaging. We can supply a recomened courier service which will cost approximatly £10. Should the unit return be delayed we reserve the right to carge aditional hire which will be taken from the deposit.
