Worldwide telemonitor help and support

WORLDWIDE SUPPORT - We pride ourselves in our personal customer service and are happy to respond worldwide by email or telephone. We understand that the nature of our products means that speed of support could be crucial if you have a performance. We monitor our support email 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All our telemonitor products are built to stand a touring rock band, but in the unlikely event of any mechanical failure or breakage either within or outside the warranty period, we use a worldwide support network facility that are able to ship any parts that become damaged. If you prefer you can even drop it in to your local electronic equipment repair specialist and we will work directly with them. Our products are modular so are simple and easy to diagnose any faults or repair.

WORLDWIDE WARRANTY - All Staffords on Stage products are protected for one year against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies to the entire product, including any accessories. Please keep proof of purchase and all original packaging, as this may be required when processing any claim.
